Seoulumi privacy request

Request account data deletion.

A direct process for asking Seoulumi to delete or anonymise eligible account information, with a clear explanation of records that may need to remain.

Updated July 12, 2026

01

Send one complete request

Email the address used for your Seoulumi account where possible. This helps us find the correct record and prevents an unauthorised deletion.

Send to

Privacy email

Subject

Data deletion request

Use this exact subject so the request can be identified quickly.

Include

Account email

Add the account email, login method if known, and whether you want the account only or all eligible Seoulumi customer data reviewed.

Identity check

Seoulumi may ask for reasonable confirmation before changing or deleting data. We will not ask for a Google password, PayPal password, full card number, or card security code.

02

What can be deleted or anonymised

The exact result depends on the account, completed orders, rewards, support history, and legal retention duties.

Account profile information used for Seoulumi sign-in and customer access.

Google sign-in identity references stored by Seoulumi.

Wishlist, preferences, recent storefront choices, and eligible reward records.

Eligible support messages and customer profile details.

Order-related identifiers where deletion or anonymisation is lawful and operationally possible.

Other Seoulumi data that is no longer needed for its original purpose and has no continuing legal basis.

Deleting a Seoulumi account can remove access to order history, wishlists, coupons, stamps, and account-only benefits. An active order may need to finish or be resolved before all eligible data can be removed.

03

What may need to remain

The right to deletion is not absolute. Some records can be retained when another lawful reason requires or permits it.

Commerce records

Legal period

Orders, payments, refunds, tax, accounting, warranty, and consumer-rights evidence may need to remain.

Security records

Need-based

Fraud, abuse, account-security, chargeback, and dispute records may remain while reasonably necessary.

Provider records

Separate request

Google, PayPal, email, and delivery providers control records held under their own services and privacy terms.

Limited use after retention

Data kept for a legal, security, or dispute purpose will be limited to that purpose and retained only for the applicable period.

04

Remove the Google connection

Removing Google access and deleting Seoulumi data are two separate actions. You can do either or both.

Google Account access

Use Google Account settings to review third-party connections and remove Seoulumi. This stops future access through that connection but does not automatically erase data already stored by Seoulumi.

Seoulumi data

Send the deletion request described above if you also want eligible Seoulumi account and customer information deleted or anonymised.

Open Google's third-party connection guide

05

Timing and confirmation

Seoulumi will confirm the request, verify its scope, and explain the action taken or any lawful reason a record must remain.

EU / EEA request

Within 1 month

Information about action taken is normally provided without undue delay and within one month after receipt.

Complex request

Up to +2 months

Where the law permits an extension because of complexity or request volume, Seoulumi will explain it within the first month.

Completion

Written outcome

You will receive confirmation of deletion or anonymisation, or an explanation of retained categories and the reason.

The one-month period is a response deadline where the GDPR applies; it does not mean every record must be erased when a lawful retention duty or exception applies.
