Agreement and store contact
These terms apply to the Seoulumi website and customer checkout. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over any conflicting term.

Seoulumi
An independent online K-beauty store serving supported international destinations and a Hungary local route.
Before payment
Product characteristics, the selected delivery region, currency, item price, discounts, shipping fee, and total are shown during checkout. Review them before submitting payment.

Accounts and customer details
You may use supported email or Google sign-in, or continue as a guest where guest checkout is available.
Accurate information
Provide a working email address, recipient name, phone number, destination country, and complete delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay or prevent delivery.
Secure access
Keep account access and reset links private. Tell Seoulumi promptly if you believe another person has used your account without permission.

Orders, availability, and prices
An order is accepted when Seoulumi displays or sends a successful order confirmation with an order reference after the required payment step.

If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, Seoulumi will contact you and refund the unavailable item or order.
Currency
EUR / HUF
The selected delivery region controls the displayed currency, local price, shipping method, and applicable checkout total.
Promotions
Terms apply
Coupons and free gifts follow the displayed threshold, validity period, eligibility rule, and available stock.
Seoulumi may correct an obvious technical or pricing error before dispatch. If that changes an accepted order, we will explain the issue and offer cancellation and a refund rather than charging a different amount without permission.

PayPal and card payment
Seoulumi currently accepts PayPal and debit or credit card payments processed securely by PayPal.

A successful PayPal capture creates a paid Seoulumi order and payment reference.
Card
Via PayPal
Card entry and processing are provided by PayPal. Seoulumi does not receive or store the full card number or security code.
Failed payment
No paid order
A cancelled, declined, or incomplete payment does not create a completed paid order.
Payment privacy
PayPal processes payment and billing information under its own terms and privacy statement. Seoulumi keeps the order total, payment status, method, and transaction reference needed to operate and support the order.

Delivery, customs, and risk
The selected delivery region determines whether the order follows the Hungary local route or international delivery from Korea.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier operations, customs, destination rules, weather, address problems, or failed collection. International duties, VAT, brokerage, and import charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly says they are included.
Risk passes as required by applicable consumer law. A carrier scan or tracking event does not remove your right to report a parcel that was not actually delivered to you.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Eligible EU distance purchases generally include a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to lawful exceptions. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately.

Notify Seoulumi within the applicable period and wait for return instructions before sending goods.
Order issue
Report promptly
Keep the parcel, label, packaging, product, and photographs for damaged, wrong, missing, or faulty item review.
Refund route
Original method
Approved refunds return through the original PayPal or card route whenever possible.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons can lose the withdrawal right after unsealing where the legal exception applies. This does not remove remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Cosmetic product information
Product-page translations and summaries support shopping, but the physical package for the supplied item and batch remains the primary product information.
Review the package, ingredient list, warnings, usage directions, expiry or period-after-opening symbol, and batch details before use. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice for a serious or persistent reaction. Seoulumi does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

Website use, privacy, and updates
Use Seoulumi lawfully and do not interfere with authentication, checkout, pricing, security, or another customer's account.
Product images, writing, branding, and website materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where the law allows it. Seoulumi may restrict abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity and preserve records needed to investigate it.
We may update these terms when the store, payment flow, delivery routes, or legal requirements change. The posted version applies from its stated update date and does not remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
