Delivery rules for local stock and future sourcing
Seoulumi starts with Hungary local stock and manual order support. Shipping policy should stay clear because cosmetics can be affected by product restrictions, customs, VAT, carrier limits, and destination country rules.
Hungary local stock
The first priority is product already held in Hungary. For these products, availability can be reserved at checkout and confirmed manually before delivery or handover.
Delivery or handover
Exact handover, local delivery, or courier details should be confirmed after payment review. The MVP keeps this flexible while the first customer routes are tested.
Outside Hungary
Orders outside Hungary may require a separate review of destination country, parcel weight, carrier options, customs exposure, and product restrictions.
Korea-sourced requests
Requested products that are not in local stock can be reviewed case by case. Final feasibility depends on product type, shipping method, air restrictions, taxes, and payment arrangement.
Delivery / handover
For Hungary local stock, delivery or handover details are confirmed after order review. Wider Europe shipping or Korea sourcing may require a separate quote before payment.
Customs and product restrictions
Customs duties, VAT, import fees, handling charges, and local product restrictions may apply depending on the destination country. We do not describe products as EU-compliant until the required files and labels are verified.
