International orders are dispatched from Korea with tracked delivery. The same flat-rate policy applies to supported international destinations.

Hungary delivery is available for orders fulfilled through the Hungary local route. There is currently no local free-shipping threshold.

Hungary address required
Use the Hungary market only when delivery can be completed to a Hungarian address or supported parcel locker. International destinations should use the International market.

Dispatch and tracking
Tracking begins after the order is paid, packed, handed to the carrier, and marked as shipped.
Before dispatch
The order remains visible in My Page while Seoulumi confirms payment and prepares the parcel. Packing time is separate from the carrier estimate.
After dispatch
The tracking number appears in the order details after shipment. Carrier scans may take a short time to become visible.

Customs and product restrictions
International checkout shows the Seoulumi order and shipping total. Destination-country charges are handled separately by customs when applicable.
International orders
Customs duty, VAT, import tax, brokerage, and local handling fees are not included unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Cosmetics, liquids, sprays, fragrance, aerosols, SPF products, and certain ingredients may be limited by the carrier or destination country. Seoulumi may contact the customer when a selected item cannot travel through the planned route.

Customer responsibility
Accurate delivery details protect the parcel and make support faster.
- Check the address. Confirm the recipient name, phone number, country, postal code, and full street or parcel-locker details before payment.
- Watch tracking. Follow carrier updates and complete customs or collection steps by the stated deadline.
- Contact us early. If the address or delivery choice is wrong, contact Seoulumi before dispatch. Changes may not be possible after carrier handover.
