Returns & refunds
This policy is written for a small K-beauty shop with limited Hungary local stock and manual payment review. Please contact us quickly if there is a problem with your order.
Before payment
Orders can usually be cancelled before payment is completed. If you placed an order by mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
After payment
After payment, cancellation depends on the order status, whether the item has been prepared, and any bank or transfer fees. We will review the request and confirm the next step.
Cosmetics returns
Because cosmetics are personal care products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was supplied, contact us with your order number and photos as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Customer responsibility
Customer change of mind, incorrect address details, failed collection, customs issues, or unpaid local fees may be handled under separate conditions.
