Status guide
The customer timeline uses four clear stages from payment confirmation to delivery.
Paid
Payment
PayPal or card payment has been captured and the order is confirmed.
Packing
Preparing
Seoulumi is checking the item list, quantities, and parcel before carrier handover.
Shipped
In transit
The parcel has been handed to the carrier. Tracking can take a short time to show the first scan.
Delivered
Complete
The carrier reports delivery or collection as completed.

When tracking needs help
A pause between scans does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving.
No tracking number yet
Tracking is added after packing and carrier handover. A paid or packing order will not have a carrier number yet.
Tracking has stopped
International customs, weekends, and transfer between postal networks can create gaps. Check the carrier page before contacting support.
